Cancel Website Hosting
We're sad to see you go, but we're going to make this easy for you. There's no complicated twenty step process to cancel your account. No 30 days notice required. No lengthy forms to fill out. Just click a button, then confirm that you want to delete your website. Let's get started...
Step 1: Sign in with a "Super Administrator" account.
Only a "Super Administrator" can cancel your subscription, so Step 1 is to sign in with a "Super Administrator" account. Next, navigate to the "Payment Settings" section by clicking on the "Settings" link in the top-right corner, then click on the "Payment Settings" icon (as shown above). If you do not see this icon, or if you are refused access, you most likely do not have a "Super Administrator" account.
Step 2: Cancel & Confirm
In the bottom-right corner of the page, you will click on a gray button that says "Cancel ParishPal Hosting".
A confirmation message will pop up. If you're certain you want to cancel your website, click the green "Yes, Cancel My Hosting" button.
Step 3: Finalize
At this point, there's just one last step before your website is canceled. To prevent unauthorized canceling, we just require you to enter your password one last time. We also ask, "How could we do better?" to help us improve ParishPal. Once you're done, click "Cancel My Hosting" and your account will be canceled. If you still have time left on your paid period, your website will stay live until the paid period of your subscription ends and it will not be renewed. If you'd like it removed immediately, please contact our Help Desk and we'll be able to shut it down manually from our end.
