Subscriptions & Pricing
After you sign up, you can access all the features of ParishPal for 30 days. We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with ParishPal before you buy. If you need more time, just let us know - we're happy to extend by up to a few weeks, if that's what you need.
Websites require two things to work - your web hosting and website. The best way to understand this is through an analogy. Consider your website to be like a car - it typically requires a large investment up front and is the part of the purchase that you interact with and experience. Web hosting is like fuel for your car - without it, your car can't run. With ParishPal, we're giving away the "car" for free, but we charge for the "fuel".
We do not have any cancellation fees. You can cancel whenever you want and the website will continue running until the end of your paid period. Email and Text Messaging services will be cancelled immediately upon request and you will be billed for any extra usage for that month, but only if you have exceeded your monthly limits.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. You can also pay by cheque for any annual plan; however, if you plan on using our Email and Text Messaging service, please be aware that a valid credit card is required in order to use the service.

Yes, definitely! We can help with the transfer, or you can point your web address to ParishPal on your own.
