At ParishPal, we collect personal information from our customers in the regular course of doing business. This web page answers some of your most frequently asked questions, and lets you know exactly how we're protecting the information you entrust to us.
What personal information do you collect about me?
We collect the following information about you:

- Email Address
- The Parish You Represent (including its address & contact details)
We also store your interactions with ParishPal Customer Support to provide more accurate and helpful customer service, and we keep your website preferences and information about your Parish in our databases also, in order to provide our service.
When you visit our web site, we also collect information about your computer, including your IP address, the type of operating system and browser you use, your computer's general location (state/province & country), and any interactions you have with our website (duration of visit, number of pages visited, links clicked, etc.).
How do you use this information?
The main reasons we collect personal information from you are:
- to provide our service
- to complete a sale or transaction with you
If it's a necessary part of any of these transactions, we may disclose your information to another company. For example, when you submit your credit card details to us, we pass on your personal information to a credit card processing company so we can securely charge your credit card and store your payment details for future transactions.
We also use your personal information for other, secondary reasons, including:
- customer service
- to provide service updates & alerts
We will also disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so.
How do you get my consent?
