Adding ParishPal Messenger To Your Website

Step 1: Navigate to the General Settings Page

Sign into ParishPal, then click on the "Settings" link in the top-right corner of the page. Next, under "Website Settings", you'll find the "General Settings" icon… click it!

Step 2: Enable ParishPal Messenger

Disabled to Enabled

If you have the appropriate permissions and live in a supported region, you will see the "Text & Email Messaging" option at the very top of the General Settings form. Change the value of this from "Disabled" to "Enabled" to activate ParishPal Messenger on your website.


A checkbox will appear - check this to confirm that you accept responsibility for the additional billing (see pricing).

Save Your Changes

Update Settings

Make any additional changes to the General Settings, if needed, then at the very bottom of the page, click "Update Settings" to complete your subscription to ParishPal Messenger.
