Canceling ParishPal Messenger
Step 1: Navigate to the General Settings Page
Sign into ParishPal, then click on the "Settings" link in the top-right corner of the page. Next, under "Website Settings", you'll find the "General Settings" icon… click it!
Step 2: Cancel ParishPal Messenger
You will see the "Text & Email Messaging" option at the very top of the General Settings form. Set the value to "Disabled" to remove ParishPal Messenger from your website.
A confirmation message will appear with a checkbox that you must check to confirm that you want to cancel your Messenger subscription.
To avoid over-billing (if you were to go over your message limit) your cancelation is effective immediately. There are no partial refunds for unused portions of the month, so it is best to cancel Messenger as close to the end of your billing period as possible.
Save Your Changes
Make any additional changes to the General Settings, if needed, then at the very bottom of the page, click "Update Settings" to save your changes and cancel your subscription to ParishPal Messenger.
