How To Edit A Service
Step 1: Navigate To The Services Schedule Section
You can either use the tabs at the top, or just click the "Services Schedule" icon on the Dashboard. If you don't see this icon, you need to ask your main website administrator to grant you access to edit the services schedule.
Step 2: Find the service you want to edit
Using the calendar, navigate to the day of the service you want to edit and click on it. A list of the day's services will pop up.
Next to the service you would like to update, click on the edit icon (it looks like a box with a pencil in the corner).
Step 3: Edit The Service
Update the service details as required. The process is the same as when adding a service, with one exception - the Repeats section has been replaced by the Update section.
If the service you are editing is part of a series of repeating events, you will see three options available in the Update section:
- only this instance - your changes will only effect the service on the date you selected. All other repeated services in the series will remain unchanged.
- this, and all future events in the series - your changes will effect the date selected, plus all future services in the series. Past services, however, will remain unchanged.
- this, and all past/future events in the series - your changes will effect all instances of the service.
If the service you are editing is a single event, the only option you will see is only this instance.
Once you have finished making your changes, click Edit Service(s) to save your changes.
